Hi I’m Jeana, Sister Elite. I joined Sigma Sigma Rho in Fall 2011. Not only did I gain sisters and lots of experiences of a lifetime, but I had the opportunity to become a leader. From confidence to helping others find their potential, I found a home away from home in Sigma Sigma Rho. I graduated in 2014 with my B.S. in Aeronautical Science and started working for Embry-Riddle as a flight instructor. Currently, I am an airline pilot with SkyWest Airlines and couldn’t be happier!

Marlis D’souza, Sister Vendetta is one of the five founding sisters of Sigma Sigma Rho at Embry-Riddle who crossed in Fall 2011. Being part of the sisterhood taught her how to deal with a lot of challenges and also to embody a well rounded leader. She graduated in December 2012, and after working in Florida for a few years she moved back to Dubai, U.A.E and is currently working as a Relationship Manager for the Global Aerospace Summit 2016 in Abu Dhabi and is looking forward to meeting the top 100 Aerospace, Aviation Defence and Space leaders from across the globe.
